What is your local delivery area?
We will deliver to the Indianapolis metro area. Any deliveries outside the metro area will be subject to DHL ground shipping charges.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you call us within 24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to provide a replacement gift basket or provide a full refund. We will require that the original gift basket be returned to Circle City basket co. for quality control purposes. We will pick up locally, or provide shipping costs.
How are your gift baskets shipped?
We ship all of our gift baskets with DHL.
Are your delivery times guaranteed?
We always do everything within our control to ensure your gift arrives on time. Due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather, general shipping company delays, etc.), we cannot guarantee arrival times once the gift has left our design studio. Will you deliver or ship on weekends?
Orders placed between Friday at 3 PM and Monday at 9 AM can, at the earliest, be shipped on Monday. If you need to place an "emergency" order on weekends, please call.
Do you ship the same day?
Yes! On normal days we take orders to ship the same day until 1PM EST. All other orders are shipped within 24 hours. Regardless of when you order, your gift basket is still handmade in our store and delivered with care.
What if we get an incorrect or incomplete address?
If we ship a gift basket to an incorrect address then it will be returned to us. Unfortunately, DHL would have to charge you the shipping cost again to ship to the correct address. Once a package with an incorrect or incomplete address has left the building there is little we can do. On occasion we can reroute a package to the proper address for a fee of $15, but this is not always successful. Either way, the package will be returned to us and must be sent back out for delivery.
Can I send a package internationally?
Yes! Because of the sensitive nature of shipping internationally, we suggest you give us a call at (866) 885-8852 to place your order. We will be assist you with your order.
Do recipients have to be present to receive their packages?
DHL will require a signature and will return a package to us after 3 attempts at delivery are made. To make sure your package arrives safely and in perfect condition, we must enforce this policy and appreciate your understanding.
How do you pack your gift baskets?
We use environmentally-friendly packaging, which is fully dissolvable in regular tap water.
Substitution Policy
For a variety of reasons we will occasionally run out of a specific item. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.
